Coronavirus Action Plan

Coronavirus Action Plan

The safety and health of our patients and team members are our number one priority at A Dentist on Centre. We are monitoring closely the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and we have put a number of measures in place over the last few weeks. We appreciate that some of these measures may be inconvenient, however the quickly evolving nature of this situation means we want to be very proactive in our approach. Above all, our interest is in providing a safe environment for all our patients and team members.

We are keeping an absolute high level of infection control and sterilisation protocols and procedures. We are following all the up to date information from the Australian Dental Association and Health Department.

Our action plan below is reviewed on a daily basis.

  • You will see a number of additional hand sanitisers in the surgery
  • We ask all patients and staff to use these upon entering the building and leaving.
  • We are completing additional daily cleans to disinfect areas.
  • Please use the hand-wash facilities in the bathrooms and at reception.

Coronavirus – Additional Information

If you are not in an area where COVID-19 is spreading, or have not travelled from an area where COVID-19 is spreading, or have not been in contact with an infected patient, your risk of infection is very low. We are using a mixture of the Australian Government recommendations, updates from the World Health Organisation and overlaying our own specific considerations.
